ii wouldn't be trying again he in my eye is no longer a music artist he's a reality start turnt singer hahaha...look ii ain't gon knock his hustle but ii will only watch one episode if im not impress ii wonn't watch any more thats how ii roll....

Whew good morning you guys just a recap of my actual birthday August 27th :0)

soooo after a great morning breakfast that my bestfriend made me (eggs, toast, pancakes,oatmeal,bacon) yeah the works hahaha we headed to the beach but before getting to

the actual beach we pulled over to take pictures on the side of the road. The view of the mountains is amazing...

Although my birthday weekend is about to kick off ii definitely will have sooo much more to tell and show you guys come monday morning.

So again today ii not only Celebrate the day ii arrived into this world but the day that God made out my path and set all the signs to direct me to GREATNESS although ii am still traveling on those roads ii know God is still watching me and guiding me to my success and happiness. Moving on ii think the biggest misconception that fans have is that their favorite stars are always busy....but what ii learn from KeKe is she likes to have fun she's 16 has a career and can balance both her celeb life as well as her personal life and when Raven said you were on your way to being a Icon ii back her up 100% she's everything a star should be...

BOPA: Who influenced you growing up?

Wish: I was and still am influennced by Chaka Khan, Teena Marie, Mary J. Blige, Faith Evan. i also study a lot of gospel greats like Kim Burrell, & Karen Clark Sheard.

BOPA: You’re very beautiful. I had to add that in there.

Wish: Thank you...thank you.

BOPA: What label would you sign to if giving a chance?

Wish: Wow, that's an interesting question. I think I would go with whichever label believed in me the most...& had a strategic plan for longevity as well as growth in the industry.

BOPA: Do you have any events coming up you wanna shout out?

Wish: Yes! I am headlining the "Burn Tha Mic Concert Series" in Baltimore, MD on Aug 15. Tickets will be available at the door. It's gonna be great! I hope you can make it!

BOPA: What message do you want to get across through your music?

Wish: Normally, like for my music to be interpreted by the listeners...Although I want them to also be inspired to be original and comfortable being who they are. People try so hard to fit in, and to be something they're not. You need to be you & thats it!

BOPA: What artist of today’s music are you feeling the most?

Wish: Hmmmm..I would have to say Drake, Neyo, Jazmine Sullivan, & Beyonce.

BOPA: If we could look in Wish’s closet what brand of clothes would we find?

Wish: Oh wow...mostly you would find vintage clothes. I spend most Saturdays (when I'm not recording/rehearsing) in Vintage Boutiques. I'm obsessed with 20's, 30', & 70's fashion.

BOPA: Are you single dating someone maybe?

Wish: Im totally single. Right now I'm really focused on my music & personal growth. I think every woman should establish herself in her own right before commiting to anyone. Dating is fun too....but yeah....not right now..lol

BOPA: What separates you from the artists out now?

Wish: I think I give a sense of reality to the industry. Skool Gurl Diaries is all about real feelings, real situations, and its about just seeign things for what they are.

BOPA: On your spare time what are you doing? Besides twittering LOL

Wish: OMG! You called me out! I'm the ultimate twitterer..especially inthe earlier part of the day. I spend most of my time rehearsing for my upcoming shows, recording, doing promo for my album, meetings...my whole day is jammed always...BUT please believe I find time to twitter...lol

BOPA: On a serious note. With the industry going through massive
illegal downloads. How do you feel about that, being a new artist
walking into this?

Wish: Well of course I dont think its a great thing, but part of me wants to think that if people are anticpating you so much that they will illegally download your music, they must be anticipating you in some way. However, I hope that they buy the real copy as well.

BOPA: Choose one: Lose your voice or Walk on stage topless?

Wish: Hahahaha! Lose my voice.....!

BOPA: What song from your album do you like performing the most?

Wish: I would have to say SLUT! The energy is live, the beat rocks, we vogue a little bit, its just a fun song altogether.

BOPA: Is there anything you want to say to your fans & future fans?

Wish: I personally want to thank everyone who has been there since I had one little song on my myspace...lol. To see the increase in fans after releasing the album makes me so grateful to them. It gives me the motivation to keep going. I will continue to keep making records and performing as much as possible...I thank you all for your support!

The New Boyz is a duo straight out of “Cali” the boy group consist of Earl Benjamin a.k.a Ben J and Dominic Thomas a.k.a Legacy. Many would be shocked to believe that once upon a time these two didn’t even get along, it wasn’t until their Sophomore year of high school that these two put everything aside and found a common interest in music. Both being solo artist came together to form The New Boyz. I personally am a fan of the whole “Jerkin” movement. The New Boyz really made me get into the whole Jerkin genre hopefully we all will see more but different styles from The New Boyz and this is why they are this month’s Phresh artist :0)

good afternoon everyone okay so last niiiiiight hahaha first let me say this if your reading my keeping up with Ca'Mari you have to put feeling behind it as you read hahaha because as ii type i'm speaking in a excited way because my day to day life is crazy its weird and its fun. any way so yesterday we went to Lalos for drinks for those of you who don;t know Lalo's is a Mexican restaurant best Mexican food and im not into the food but the drinks we all know Latina's and Latinos know how to party when it comes to drinks ii want a Mexican making mines ii want a cup full of Tequila hahaha.. it was soooo much fun good fun great people met alot

of family members ii didn't know so ii really enjoyed every bit of my family this weekend. Our Next family reunion will be in Miami, FL in two years.

so tonight ii was suppose to go out bowling with the family (didn't happen) ii was upset about it for a while still kinda like damn wtf you know but its okay because im gonna spend alone time with my baby tonight we're gonna keep each other busy play a few board games watch some movies fool around you know hahaha its all good ii won't let it rain on my parade hahaha ...

GMorning :0) okay so last night ii had a thought what if like once every week ii did a video Keeping Up With Ca'Mari ii figured that would be cool, ii was thinking about doing that anyways but to actually sit and plan it through haha it was a task but ii finally seen the picture (wink).

so today well right now ii have nothing planned my cousin wants me to go workout with them today but you what my muscles are so tight right now and ii can't do it. Someone yesterday told me that my Keeping Up With Ca'Mari blog is all over the place. Let me say this I'm speaking like

Good Afternoon lol okay so today ii got an early early start so early ii didnt
get the chance to blog or tweet any of you hell ii haven't even checked my emails
so if you sent me an email this is why you haven't gotten an response hahaha ii could lie but ii dont feel the need to. Anywho :0)

Woke up at 6a.m just to so ii could get a chance to get to the studio to hear these amazing track shout out to Dave & Stacy :0) ii know your reading this haha (get an account so you can follow me DUH!!) so after spending two hours with them ii had to head back thinking ii was gonna be able to blog but guess who was waiting to go shopping haha (as if ii need to spend money) My Mother. We went to Kmart Big Kmart Target Kohls (spelling) LOL Moving on :0)

So now my Sister Racquel just brought my niece over ii feel so special my niece wanted to see me shes only 2 years old going on 16 ii love it.

Now i'm hot its burning up oh ii had to go get a new i.d cuz the silly B----- at the Airport broke it but its all gravy water under the bridge LOL :0)

Gooood Morning everyone ii am on my way to the gym today is gonna be one of those days that you just have to get out and do things in a one motion way you know just go with the flow hahaha anywho ii will update later gotta get my workout on. Be great today :0)

Okay so Gmail is giving me the blues ii can't respond to any of my emails. So if you emailed me your music links or whatever the case ii am not ignoring you at all haha Gmail is acting the fool right now. :0) all of you guys emails are important to me.

Gmail is still giving me problems ii may have to change my email at least give your users notice that you will be updating or whatever the case may be I'm sure they know their system is tripping.

yoooooooo what's everybody happy Monday :0) how was you's guys weekend. Mines was a bit hellish promise ii won't have one like it
so many plans fell thru but, you what I'm not one to dwell on past events on to the next.

It's Monday it's done raining it's time to get to work so much to do so many edits to make. I'm putting this pressure on myself now so ii can relax later and get ready for the next two months feel me.
